摘 要:采用原子转移自由基聚合法(ATRP)在纳米二氧化硅(SiO2)表面接枝聚苯乙烯(PS)(产物为纳米SiO2-g-PS复合粒子),采用透射电镜(TEM)、转矩流变仪及力学性能测试等手段研究了纳米SiO2及纳米SiO2-g-PS复合粒子的添加对苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)加工性能及力学性能的影响。结果表明:所制备的纳米SiO2-g-PS复合粒子在SBS中分散比较均匀,使SBS/SiO2-g-PS复合材料的加工性能、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率明显高于SBS/SiO2复合材料的。Polystyrene (PS) was grafted onto the surface of nano silica (SiO2) parti- cles via surface initiated atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). The products are nano SiO2-g-PS composited particles. The effects of nano-SiOx particles and nano SiO2- g-PS composited particles on the processing properties and mechanical properties were studied by means of transmission electron microscope (TEM),torque rheometer and me- chanical properties measurements. The results show that nano SiO2-g-PS composited particles are more easily dispersed in the matrix than bare nano-SiO2. Consequently, the processing properties, tensile strength, elongation at break of SBS/SiO2-g-PS com- posites are superior to those of SBS/SiO2 composites.
