摘  要:通过挤出-拉伸法制备了等规聚丙烯(iPP)/稀土类β成核剂复合薄膜。研究了不同含量β成核剂对薄膜力学性能的影响,并用二维广角X射线衍射法(2D-WAXD)、二维小角X射线散射法(2D-SAXS)和拉伸试验对其微观结构和力学性能进行了表征。结果表明:β成核剂对薄膜的微观结构变化有很大影响。薄膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率随着β成核剂含量的增加先增大后减小,当β成核剂质量分数为0.20%时,达到最大值。Isotactic polypropylene (iPP)/rare earth β nucleating agent composite films were prepared by extrusion-stretching method. The effect of rare earth β nuclea- ting agent content on mechanical properties of the obtained films was studied. The mi- crostructure and mechanical properties of the films were characterized by 2D-WAXD, 2D-SAXS and tensile test. The results show that the content of β nucleating agent plays a crucial role in the microstructure development of the films. The tensile strength and elongation at break of iPP films firstly increase and then decrease with the increasing of β nucleating agent content and reach a maximum when the mass ratio of β nucleating agent is 0. 20%.
