摘  要:以高碘酸钾为氧化剂,采用4-氨基安替比林(4-AAP)可见分光光度法测定水中挥发酚。在pH为10.0的缓冲溶液中,高碘酸钾-酚-4-AAP显色体系于510nm处有最大吸收,在0.1~12.0mg/L酚质量浓度范围内符合朗伯比尔定律(相关系数为0.9997),摩尔吸光系数为1.3×10^4L/(mol·cm),比常用的铁氰化钾显色体系灵敏度高≠且颜色稳定时间长。此外,高碘酸钾溶液稳定、无色,有利于降低空白值。本方法用TN定废水中的挥发酚,平均加标回收率为97.9%。Volatile phenol in water was determined by 4-amino antipyrine (4-AAP) visible spectrophotometric method using potassium periodate as oxidant. In the buffer solution with pH 10.0, the KIO4-phenol-4-AAP system yields a color with the maximum absorbance at 510 nm. Beer-Lambert's absorption law is obeyed within the mass concentration range of 0.1-12.0 mg/L for phenol (r=0.999 7). The molar absorption coefficient was 1.3 ×10^4L/(mol·cm). Compared with the common potassium ferricyanide color system, the KIO4-phenol-4-AAP color system is more sensitive and stable. In addition, the stable and colourless potassium periodate solution is favorable to reduce the blank value. Volatile phenol in wastewater was determined by this method with 97.9% of average standard addition recovery.
