摘 要:采用SRAP分子标记技术,对国内外70份茄子材料的遗传多样性和群体结构进行了分析。结果表明:21对引物共扩增出375条条带,平均每条引物扩增出17.8条条带,其中多态性条带共72个,多态性比例为19.2%,各种质间遗传相似系数变幅为0.388 9~0.958 3,平均值为0.705 3,表明参试材料间存在着一定的遗传差异,但遗传基础比较狭窄。群体结构分析则得出84.29%的材料遗传结构相对比较单一,仅15.71%拥有复杂的遗传背景。从材料划分类群来看,遗传多样性和群体结构分析结果基本一致,只有少数遗传背景复杂的材料类群划分有些差异。The genetic diversity and population structure among 70 eggplant (Solanum melongena L. )materials from China and abroad were analyzed using the SRAP( sequence-related amplified polymorphism)molecular marker. The results showed that 375 distinct PCR bands were amplified using 21 primers, and 17.8 bands per primer were amplified. 72 bands were polymorphic, and the polymorphie rate was 19.2%. The genetic similarity coefficients among those germplasm ranged in 0. 388 9-0. 958 3 ,with the average of 0. 705 3 ,which suggested that there was some genetic diversity among the oat germplasm, but the genetic basis was narrow. The population structure analysis revealed 84.29% eggplant were with single genetic components and 15.71% with complicated genetic components. The results of genetic diversity and population structure analysis were the same ,however a few complicated ancestors revealed some differences.
