摘 要:联会复合体蛋白FKBP6是哺乳动物精子发生减数分裂联会复合体形成必需的。采用RT-PCR和荧光定量PCR技术对牦牛和犏牛b-FKBP6基因的组织表达特征,以及牦牛与犏牛睾丸组织中b-FKBP6 mRNA表达水平进行了分析。结果显示:b-FKBP6基因在牦牛、犏牛睾丸和卵巢组织中特异表达,且牦牛睾丸组织中b-FKBP6 mRNA表达水平极显著高于犏牛(P<0.01)。结合犏牛精子发生减数分裂联会复合体形成障碍表型,推测睾丸组织b-FKBP6 mRNA表达水平可能与犏牛雄性不育有一定的关系。The synaptonemal complex protein FKBP6 is essential for male meiosis of spermatogenesis in mammals. In the present study, we investigated the expression profile and testicular mRNA expression level of b-FKBP6 gene in yak and cattle-yak hybrid with male sterility. The result showed that the b-FKBP6 gene was expressed specifically in the testis and ovary of adult yak and cattle-yak hybrid. The testicular mRNA expression levels of b-FKBP6 in yak was significantly higher than that in cattle-yak hybrid(P〈0.01 ). We propose that the b-FKBP6 gene maybe involve in the meiosis of bovine spermatogenesis, and that the transcription arrest of the gene is associated with male sterility in cattle-yak hybrids.
