摘　　要：针对观测值为区间灰数的灰色聚类问题,通过构建区间灰数集上的积分均值函数,将实数域上单一观测值的白化权函数推广到观测值为区间灰数的情形,并给出了上限、适中、下限测度白化权函数的区间灰数形式,进而建立了区间灰数的灰色变权、定权聚类模型,并开发了该模型的人机交互式界面软件.最后将该模型应用于高校教师工作绩效评估。Traditional grey clustering models were order to solve the problem, by building interval mean based on real numbers, but not for grey number. In function on interval grey number set, the whitenization weight function on real number field was extended to interval grey number, and upper limit, moderate, lower limit measure of whitenization weight functions were given by the form of interval grey number. Then, we establish the grey clustering model for interval grey number with variable and fixed weights, and develop the man-machine interactive interface software of this model. Finally, the model is applied to evaluate job performance of university teachers, indicating that the method is effective and practical.
