摘 要:采用XRD、XPS、BET、SEM等测试手段,通过对Ni/Al203催化剂的结构分析,研究了镍基Claus尾气加氢还原催化剂水中毒及其机理问题。结果表明,Ni/A1zOa催化剂遇水后会出现明显的失活现象。其原因是Ni/Al203催化剂的活性物质在催化反应温度(150~210℃)下会与Hz0和SOz反应生成亚硫酸镍,覆盖在催化剂表面,从而显著降低了Ni/A12O3的催化活性。这种失活现象是可逆的,当停止向反应体系中注水后,亚硫酸镍将分解还原为NiS2,其催化活性将得到恢复。The water deactivation process of sulfurized Ni/7-A1203 hydrodesulfurization catalysts for Claus tail gas and its mechanism were studied, by analyzing the structure of Ni/7-A12 O3 catalysts, u- sing XRD, XPS, BET and SEM methods. The results show that the activity of Ni/7-A1203 catalysts is seriously decreased in the presence of water vapor, because H20 and SO2 can react with active com-~ ponents on the surface of the catalysts at 150 -210 ~C, generating nickel sulfites. These nickel sulfites can cover the surface of the catalysts, resulting in obvious deactivation. However the effect of water vapor on the deactivation of the catalysts is reversible. The catalytic activity restores when stopped in- jecting water into the reaction system, due to the decomposition of generated nickel sulfites.
