摘 要:目的探讨原发性高血压患者左心室肥厚(LVH)与血压变异性的关系。方法选取原发性高血压患者68例,根据左心室质量指数(LVMI)分为LVH和非LVH组,进行24 h动态血压监测,以各时段(白昼、夜间和24h)的血压标准差反应血压变异性,分析血压变异性和LVH的相关性。结果 LVH组各时段收缩压显著高于非LVH组(P<0.05)。LVH组和非LVH组比较,24 h收缩压变异性、白昼收缩压变异性、白昼舒张压变异性、夜间舒张压变异性、夜间收缩压变异性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各时段收缩期血压变异性与LVMI呈正相关。结论原发性高血压伴LVH与血压变异性尤其是收缩期血压变异性有密切关系。Objective To investigate the relationship between left ventricular hypertrophy(LVH) and blood pressure variability(BPV) in essential hypertension patients.Methods Sixty-eight cases of patients with essential hypertension were divided into LVH and non-LVH group according to left ventricular mass index(LVMI).Using 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring device,BPV was measured by the standard deviation in each period(day,night and 24-hour).The relevance between IVH and BPV was explored.Results Systolic blood pressure in different period in LVH group was significantly higher than in non-LVH group.There was statistically significant differences in variability of dSSD,dDSD,nSSD,nDSD,24hSSD between the LVH group and the non-LVH group(P 0.05).There was a good correlation between BPV and LVMI.Conclusion There is a close relationship between BPV and LVH in patients with essential hypertension,especially in systolic blood pressure.
