补气健脾口服液治疗小儿厌食的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的评价补气健脾口服液治疗小儿厌食的临床疗效。方法选择47例厌食患儿给予补气健脾口服液治疗1个月,3个月后随访。观察服药前后食欲、食量、偏食、体重、出汗、大便、舌苔、面色等症状体征及血红蛋白、微量元素钙、铁、锌的变化。结果食欲差、食量少的患儿临床治愈23例,有效21例,无效3例,有效率93.6%。消瘦患儿体重增加≥1.5 kg者23例,增加﹤1.5 kg者20例,4例体重无增加,有效率91.5%。微量元素钙、铁、锌和血红蛋白服药前后的差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论补气健脾口服液具有改善儿童厌食,提高消化能力的作用,疗效肯定。Objective To evaluate the clinical effectiveness of pediatric buqi jianpi oral solution in the treatment of children with anorexia.Methods Forty-seven children with anorexia were recruited to this study.Pediatric buqi jianpi oral solution was taken 1 month as 1 course and the children were followed-up for 3 months.The changes of appetite,food intake,dietary bias,weight gain,diaphoresis,stool,coated tongue and complexion were recorded;and blood hemoglobin,calcium,iron and zinc in the blood before and after medication were measured.Results Twenty-three cases were cured,21 cases were improved,and 3 cases were invalid with poor appetite and inadequate intake,the total effective rate was 93.6%.Body weight of 23 cases increased ≥1.5 kg,increased 1.0 kg in 20 cases,and no change in body weight in 4 children with emaciation.There were changes in hemoglobin,calcium and iron,but the differences were not statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion Pediatric buqi jianpi oral solution in treating anorexia can improve children＇s appetite and digestion.The effect is good.
