微晶玻璃结合CBN复合材料的研究进展

摘　　要：陶瓷结合剂CBN复合材料因其优异的力学、热学性质,在磨削切削领域有着广泛的应用。本文概述了陶瓷结合剂的性能要求,从结合剂方面重点介绍了微晶玻璃结合CBN复合材料的最新研究进展,以及近年来人们改性微晶玻璃结合剂的方法,最后提出了微晶玻结合CBN复合材料研究中有待解决的问题及今后的发展方向。Vitrified bond CBN composites have been widely used in the field of Cutting and Grinding. In this paper, authors overview the performance requirements of the Vitrified bond, the progress of glass-ceramic bond CBN composites with different types of bond including aluminosilicate glass-ceramic, fluoro-silicate glass-ceramics and other system glass-ceramic as well as the modification method of glass-ceramic bond are emphasised particularly. Finally, the problem and future direction of glass-ceramic CBN composites are point out.
