摘  要:为开发可加热针织服装,达到辅助人体加热的目的,确定了镀银长丝针织物的编织方法并测试了镀银长丝衬纬针织物的电热性能,对镀银长丝针织物的结构及其导电发热性能进行研究。为此,编织了4种不同组织的镀银长丝针织物:添纱平针组织,添纱1+1罗纹组织,添纱四平组织,衬纬组织,对通电后织物的发热效果进行分析,决定选取衬纬组织为研究对象。测试镀银长丝衬纬针织物的热稳定性、电热温升特性和表面温度均匀性。结果显示:镀银长丝衬纬针织物通电后,织物温度上升并达到稳定状态,输入功率与稳定温升线性相关,织物的热稳定性较好,织物表面温度分布均匀。To develop a heatable knitted clothing that helps the human body warm up, this paper addressed the knitting methods, structures, and electric conductive heating performance of silver-plated filament knitted fabrics. Four different structural silver-plated filament knitted fabrics were knitted: plating jersey, plating 1 + 1 rib, plating double jersey and laid-in. With the analysis of fabric's heating effect after electrifying, it was decided to adopt the land-in structure whose thermal stability, electric heating temperature rise performance and uniformity of surface temperature were tested. The results showed that after electrifying, the temperature of fabric rose and finally reached a stable state. There was a linear relationship between the input power and the stable temperature rise. The fabric had a better thermal stability, and its surface temperature was well distributed.
