摘  要:通过测试聚酯/聚酰胺织物(以下简称改性聚酯)的沸水收缩率,改性聚酯织物常压染色和改性聚酯/棉织物分散/活性染料一浴一步法染色的K/S值、色牢度,优化改性聚酯/棉(65/35)混纺织物的最佳前处理条件,对新型改性聚酯及其棉混纺织物的染色性能进行研究。结果表明:染前热定型后,改性聚酯及其棉混纺织物的经向、纬向收缩率都低于5%;改性聚酯/棉织物的前处理优化工艺条件为双氧水质量浓度4 g/L、精练剂质量浓度3 g/L、氢氧化钠质量浓度4 g/L;改性聚酯织物可以常压染色;改性聚酯/棉经分散/活性染料一浴一步碱性染色后匀染性良好,染色样品的熨烫、日晒、干摩擦色牢度都达到4级及以上。Dyeing properties of polyester/polyamide fiber (referred to as modified polyester) and it's cotton blended fabric were researched based on determination of boiling water shrinkage rate of the modified polyester fabric, the best pretreatment conditions of modified polyester/cotton (65/35), and K/S value and color fastness of modified polyester fabric dyed under normal pressure and modified polyester/cotton dyed with disperse/reactive dyes by one-bath one-step method. The experimental results have shown that warp and weft shrinkage rates of both the modified polyester and it's cotton blended fabric before dyeing but after heat setting were lower than 5%. The optimized pretreatment conditions of modified polyester/cotton fabric are: H2O2 4 g/L, scouring agent 3 g/L and NaOH 4 g/L. Modified polyester fabric can be dyed under normal pressure. Modified poster/cotton fabric dyed with disperse/ reactive dyes using one-bath one-step process fastness to sunlight and fastness to dry rubbing has satisfactory levelness, with fastnesses to ironing, all above 4 grade
