摘  要:与活性染料印花相比,涂料印花具有工艺简便、环保节能等优点,但织物手感粗硬、耐摩擦色牢度较差是制约其被广泛接受的瓶颈,为此优化了棉织物超柔软涂料印花的工艺条件。试验结果表明,当m(BCN-C):m(BCN—D):1:1,焙烘温度为150℃,焙烘时间为4min时,其印花效果最好。同时比较了3种印花工艺在棉织物上的应用,结果表明,在标准色卡深度下,经超柔软涂料印花工艺处理后织物的悬垂系数可达到42.55%(机织布)和18.95%(针织布),其手感效果明显好于传统涂料印花工艺,与活性染料印花工艺接近,耐湿摩擦色牢度为3~4级,耐洗涤色牢度为4~5级,可满足印花质量的要求,且其洗涤液的COD值仅为活性染料印花工艺的10%~15%左右。Compared with reactive dye printing, pigment printing has the advantages of simple technology, environmental friendliness, and energy saving. But, its use is restricted for the harsh handle and poor rubbing fastness. Therefore, the optimized super soft pigment printing technology for cotton is brought about. The experimental results revealed that the best printing effect can be obtained under the following process conditions : m ( BCN-C ) : m (BCN-D) = 1 : 1, baking temperature 150 -12, baking time 4 min. Comparison of the application of three different printing technologies showed that the drape coefficient of the cotton fabric pigment printed by the super soft technology reaches 42.55% (woven fabric) and 18.95% (knitted fabric) in accordance with sandcard color card, and the handle is better than that by the conventional technology and close to that by reactive dye printing, the color fastness to wet rubbing is 3 - 4 grade and color fastness to washing is 4 - 5 grade, which can meet the printing quality requirements, and the washing liquid COD value is only about 10% -15% of that of reactive dye printing.
