竹节纱工艺管理信息系统的开发与应用

摘　　要：为解决竹节纱控制器工艺参数设置费时费力且容易出错的问题,以工业以太网为框架,利用Visual Basic 6.0和组态王6.53开发了一套竹节纱工艺管理信息系统,实现竹节长度、节距长度和竹节倍率等工艺参数快速有效设置。该系统能够读取Excel工艺单,将工艺参数存储到数据库中,通过局域网下载到竹节纱控制器上,实现了竹节纱工艺的数据库管理及网络化传输。实践证明,应用该系统能有效地降低工人劳动强度,缩短生产准备时间,避免参数设置错误,提高企业生产效益。Aiming at solving the problems of labor and time consuming as well as error-prone in parameters setting for a slub yarn controller, this paper developed a slub yarn process management information system based on Visual Basic 6.0 and King View 6.53 within the framework of Ethernet, realizing easy and rapid setting of parameters, including slub length, pitch length and slub multiple. All controllers can communicate through Ethernet to server using networking technology. Parameters from Excel stored in the database were transmitted to the controllers through Ethernet. So the system realized database management and networking transmission of slub yarn parameters. The practical application proves that the system can improve production efficiency, avoid setting errors, and reduce the labor intensity and preparation time.
