摘　　要：从英国电力市场面临的挑战和一系列改革措施两方面阐述了英国电力市场改革现状,分别阐述了英国电力容量机制改革提出的两种改革方案:目标型容量机制和市场型容量机制,分析英国电力容量机制改革思路对我国电力市场发展的启示。This paper firstly describes the status quo of the UK electricity market reform in terms of the challenges and a series of reform measures. Then, the two reform schemes are elaborated, namely, the target capacity mechanism and the market-based capacity mechanism, with a view to analyzing the implications for the development of China＇s e- lectricity market.
