摘 要:轴承流态有单一流态和层紊流共存2种流态处理方式,相应算法结果有差别,对于重载和低黏介质的液膜这种差别较大。以重载油轴承和水润滑轴承为例,研究流态的区域性和计算方法。基于流态局域观点研究局部稳定性并探索算法构造,该算法不采用传统雷诺数概念和准则,而是寻求含服役状态参数的广义雷诺判据。基于该观点和相应算法,得到重载和低黏介质下的典型区域特征,即最小膜厚为中心的某一区域为层流区,其余为紊流区;所构造算法及含服役状态参数的广义雷诺判据中的待定参数可由现有模型估算或通过新实验获取,该判据的退化形式即为雷诺数判据;以某核电重载轴承为例,对全层流、全紊流、区域性流态三种模型下的性能数据进行特征分析,从数据特征角度对区域性思想及算法进行验证。There are two kinds of processing methods on the bearing flow pattern, one is single flow pattern and the other is coexistence of laminar flow and turbulent flow, and the corresponding algorithms and results are different, especially for the liquid film of burden bearing and low viscosity medium lubrication bearing. Taking burden oil lubrication bearing and water lubricated bearing as examples, the regionality flow pattern and calculation method were researched. Based on the viewpoint of the regionality flow pattern,local stability and its algorithm construction were studied. Instead of adopting tra- ditional Reynolds number concept and criterion, this algorithm tried to construct a generalized Reynolds criterion consider- ing operational status parameter. Based on this view and the corresponding algorithm, typical regional characteristics with heavy load and low viscosity medium were obtained, that is the region near the minimum film thickness centre is regarded as laminar flow while the other turbulent flow. The undetermined parameters existed in constructed algorithm and Reynolds criterion considering operational status parameters can be obtained through estimating in the existing model or a new exper- iment, the degenerate form of the criterion is the traditional Reynolds criterion. Taking some nuclear bearing as an exam- pie, the features of the performance data under three flow pattern models, including laminar flow, turbulent flow and flow pattern regionality were analyzed, and the flow pattern regionality view and algorithm were preliminary confirmed from the perspective of data features.
