摘 要:运用齿轮弹流润滑稳态等温线接触数学模型,对渐开线变位直齿轮进行弹流润滑数值分析;计算并分析正传动和负传动2种工况下变位齿轮的弹流润滑状态,并与标准齿轮传动计算结果进行比较;讨论正传动工况下,变位系数对齿轮弹流润滑的影响。结果表明,稳态等温条件下,齿轮的变位对油膜压力影响不大,而正传动工况下,随变位系数的增大膜厚增大,在负传动工况下,随变位系数的增大膜厚变薄。The elastohydrodynamic lubrication analysis of modified involute spur gear was carried out by using the math- ematical model of gear steady-state isothermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication. The elastohydrodynamic lubrication state of modified gear under positive and negative drive condition was calculated and analyzed, and the simulation result was com- pared with the calculated result of the standard gear transmission. The effect of modification coefficient on gear elastohydro- dynamic lubrication was discussed under positive drive condition. The results show that under the steady state and isother- mal conditions, the modification coefficient of the gear has little effect on the oil film pressure, and has obvious effect on the film thickness. Along with the increase of modification coefficient, the film thickness is increased under positive drive con- dition, and decreased under negative drive condition.
