摘 要:针对连续油管防喷盒密封胶筒存在的胶筒端部应力集中和磨损严重的问题,将胶筒内表面的几何形状优化为鼓型,并采用双胶筒来代替原密封结构中的等直径胶筒。采用有限元技术分析结构优化后胶筒的应力分布和密封性能。结果表明,防喷盒密封胶筒结构优化后,接触应力沿着胶筒内表面分布更加均匀,消除了胶筒在工作时端部受力集中的缺陷,同时胶筒密封性能提高了约30%。Aimed at the stress concentration and severe wear at the end of packer rubber of the blowout preventer (BOP) box in the coiled tubing, the surface geometry of packer rubber was optimized to be drum type, and double packer rubbers were used to replace the constant diameter packer rubber in the original sealing structure. The stress distribution and sealing properties of the optimized packer rubber were analyzed by using the finite element techniques. The results show that the contact stress distribution is more uniform along the surface of packer rubber after structural optimization, the stress concentration at the end of packer rubber was eliminated, and the sealing performance is improved by 30%
