摘　　要：对某湿法烟气脱硫塔侧进式搅拌器机械密封装置存在的泄漏问题进行分析,提出该密封装置的结构设计、选型和装配等方面的改进方案。通过改进,提高了该侧进式搅拌机械密封的可靠性,延长了机械密封的使用寿命。The leakage problem of mechanical seal device of the side agitators for wet flue gas desulphurization tower was analyzed, the improvement methods were put forward from the structure design, selection and assembly of sealing device. Through improvement, the reliability of the seal device of the side agitators was improved, and the life was increased.
