摘　　要：探讨普梳棉涤AB竹节纱的开发生产。针对纺纱特点,通过采取控制粗纱半制品质量,整顿细纱吊锭、摇架、胶辊状态,合理配置喇叭口、粗纱喂入位置、导纱动程、捻系数、钢领钢丝圈和纺纱速度,合理设定络筒速度和清纱参数,采用蒸纱定捻工艺等工艺技术措施,成功开发出普梳棉/涤50/50 19.7texAB竹节纱,满足了高档针织用纱的质量需求。Production of carding polyester cotton AB slub yarn was discussed.According to spinning property,roving quality and semi-product quality were controlled well.Spinning suspended spindle,cradle and rubber-covered roll status were arranged well.A series of parameter were selected properly including trumpet,roving feed position,yarn guide stroke,twist factor,ring,ring traveler and spinning speed.Winding speed and yarn cleaning parameter should be selected rationally.Steaming yarn ＆ twist setting process was adopted.Finally carding polyester cotton 50/50 19.7 tex AB slub yarn can be developed successfully,quality demand of high-grade knitting fabric can be reached.
