清梳联加工纤维素纤维纱的体会

摘　　要：探讨清梳联加工纤维素纤维纱的体会。通过做好选择合理的清梳联流程,优化各单机工艺配置,选配梳棉针布型号,控制清梳联系统风量风压、连续喂棉参数和温湿度等项工作,使清梳联生产纤维素纤维纱顺利,生产的莫代尔14.8 tex、竹浆纤维18.5 tex、莱赛尔9.8 tex等品种的质量达到了用户织造要求,取得了较好的效果。Experience of producing cellulose fiber yarn by blowing-carding unit was discussed.Blowing-carding unit was selected rationally,processing of each equipment was optimized.Card clothing type,blowing-carding unit system air volume and pressure,continuous cotton feeding and temperature ＆ humidity were controlled well,the production can be ensured successfully.Finally the yarn qualities including Modal 14.8 tex yarn,bamboo fiber 18.5 tex yarn and Lyocell 9.8 tex yarn can reach weaving demand,the effect is better.
