摘 要:探讨EYCC112型异纤清纱器的设计及应用。阐述了该清纱器的检测原理和结构组成,并采用人为添加异纤的方法与USTER QUANTUM 2型清纱器异纤检测相对比,对其检测效果进行了验证。实践证明:该异纤清纱器选择绿色调制光源,采用电容传感器和光电传感器阵列组合,根据不同纱线、不同纱疵或异纤产生反射和投影信号的差异,分析其颜色和直径的变化,可以准确鉴别和判断各种非绿色的异纤和纱疵,并驱动切刀对纱疵和异纤进行切除。Design and application of EYCC112 foreign fiber cleaner were discussed.Detection principle and structure of the cleaner were introduced.Method of artificial adding foreign fibers was adopted.The test effect of USTER QUANTUM 2 foreign fiber cleaner and EYCC112 foreign fiber cleaner was contrasted and verified.The practice shows that green modulated light source was adopted by EYCC112 foreign fiber cleaner.Combination of capacitive sensor and photoelectric sensor was used.Yarn color and diameter can be analyzed according to difference reflection and projection signal of yarn,yarn defect and foreign fiber.Each non-green foreign fiber and yarn defect can be identified preciously,then foreign fiber and yarn defect can be eliminated by cutter.
