摘　　要：探讨基于耗浆量变化的上浆率在线检测调控方法及应用效果。分析了现有上浆率检测调控手段的利弊,从方便实际生产应用的角度出发,介绍了基于耗浆量变化的上浆率在线检测调控方法,分析并实践验证了该检测调控方法的原理和实现过程,详细说明了该方法的数据推导。认为:采用该方法调控上浆率切实可行,且具有较好的上浆率控制效果。Sizing percentage online adjustment method and its application based on sizing consumption were discussed.Advantages and disadvantages of current sizing percentage test method were analyzed.From the aspect of practical production,sizing percentage online adjustment method based on sizing amount change was introduced.Principle and implementation process of the method were analyzed and verified by practice.Data derivation of the method was introduced in details.It is considered that the method is feasible to adjust sizing percentage,the sizing percentage can be controlled well.
