摘　　要：探讨用130HAP浆料在纯棉细号高密品种上完全取代PVA的浆纱效果。在分析130HAP浆料性能特点的基础上,将130HAP用于纯棉细号高密平纹织物的上浆,对其浆料配方、主要上浆工艺参数以及浆后效果与织造情况进行了研究,并与采用PVA上浆的原工艺进行了对比。认为:用130HAP酯化淀粉可取代PVA浆料用于纯棉细号高密品种的上浆。Sizing practice of using 130HAP replacing PVA completely on pure cotton fine count high density product was discussed.On the base of analyzing 130HAP size mixture property,the size mixture was used to size pure cotton fine count high density plain fabric.Related processing was researched including sizing instruction,main sizing processing,sizing effect and weaving situation.Then the situations were contrasted to previous PVA sizing processing.It is considered that it is feasible to use 130HAP size mixture replacing PVA on pure cotton fine count high density product.
