摘　　要：基于协同发展的视角分析大飞机主制造商核心能力体系的构建原则和要素,在此基础上构建出金字塔式结构模型,分析其运行机制和核心能力提升路径,从中提炼出协同发展是主制造商核心能力提升的有效途径,并在此建立基于协同发展的螺旋式能力提升模型和增强环路。Based on the perspective of collaborative development, this paper analyzes the core competence system construction principle and constituent elements of main manufacturer for large aircraft. On that basis, the paper constructs the pyramid structure model and analyzes its operational mechanism and the path of ascension, extracting that collaborative development is an effective way to promote the main manufacturer＇ s core competence under this system. The paper also es- tablishes the spiral ascending model and repeated enhanced looo of comoetenee based on the collaborative develonment.
