摘　　要：本文分析了非对称轴类零件的热挤镦成形特点，设计了一套适合挤镦成形非对称轴类件的模具装置该装置已用于转向摇臂铀和制动蹄的精锻生产。In this parer, the features of hot extruding and upsetting on the unsymmytrical shaft parts have been analyzed. A die device suitable for extruding and upsetting the unsyaptrical shaft parts is designed.This device has been applied successfully to produce the steering sector gear shaft and the brake shoe precision parts.
