摘　　要：目的探讨宝石能谱CT尿路造影(CTU)及三维重建技术对泌尿系统结石的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析50例尿路结石患者实施CT尿路造影检查,采用原始数据进行重建获得CTU、容积再现(VR)、多平面重建(MPR)、最大密度投影(MIP)及曲面重组(CPR)。结果所有经CT检查的50例患者,其中47例患者的结石能够确诊,图像直观,结石定位准确,诊断率为94%。结论宝石能谱CT尿路造影具有图像质量好,对结石的检出率高,结合横断面图像诊断率可以进一步提高。ObjecUve Discussion gem power spectrum CT urine road radiography （CTU） and three dimensional reconstruction technology to uninary system stone diagnosis value. Methods The review analysis 50 cases of ureteral stone patients implement the CT urethrography inspection, carries on the reconstruction to obtain CTU and volume to reappear （VR） and multi-level with the primary data to reconstruct （MPR）, maximum density projection （MIP） and surface reorganizes （CPR）. Results All of CT examination in 50 patients, of which 47 stones in patients with confirmed, image intuitive calculus of positioning accuracy, diagnostic rate of 94%. Conclusions The gem power spectrum CT urethrography has the image quality to be good, is high to the detection rate of stone, can further enhance in light of the cross section imaging diagnostics rate.
