鳋科一新种及其扫描电镜观察(甲壳亚门:桡足亚纲)

摘　　要：本文记述了寄生在鮡属鱼类上的寄生桡足类鳋科一新种——匙刺鳋Ergasilus cochlearius sp.nov.并对新种进行了扫描电镜观察。Ergasilus cochlearius sp. nov.Holotype 1♀, Longmen, Mengla County, Yunnan (21°15'N, 101°32'E)Paratype 9♀♀, From the same locality as holotype.Host and occurcnce On the gill filaments of Glyptothorax macromaculatus Li.First thoracic segment fused with head, composing cephalon, its dorsal surface with a triangular area. Between the exo-and endopod of the 1st to 4th leg each with a triangular tooth projecting from the posterior edge of the basis of the legs. Endopod of the last segment of first four legs with spatulate outer spines.Measurements (mm): total length 0.54-0.65; cephalothorax 0.32-0.40, its width 0.25-0.32; genital segment 0.06-0.08, its width 0.07-0.09; caudal rami 0.016-0.020; 5th leg 0.012-0.016.Diagnosis This new species resembles E. spatulas Cressey 1970 in the from of two outer spines on endopod last segment of 1st leg spatulate. They can be distinguished from the later by: (1) the spines endopod last segment of 2nd to 4th leg are all spatulate while in E. spatulus those are normal, (2) the width of 1st thoracic segment which is equal to cephalon in the new species but narrow in E. spaiulus, (3) spine and seta formulas of the 2nd to 4th legs are different, (4) the form of terminal joint of 2nd maxillae is different.Type specimens are deposited in the Kunming Institute of Zoology, The Chinese Academy of Sciences.
