丹参霜/超声波和秀碧/超声波预防增生性瘢痕的成本-效果分析

摘　　要：目的为寻找患者经济上更能接受的预防增生性瘢痕的方法，进行丹参霜／超声波和秀碧／超声波两种预防增生性瘢痕方案的效果和成本一效果分析的比较研究。方法将2011年1月～2012年10月在我院医学美容门诊就诊的180例创伤患者分成两组，分别以丹参霜／超声波（A组80例）、秀碧／超声波（B组100例）治疗，分别用丹参霜或秀碧以超声波声头反复均匀地按摩15min，以强度0．75～1．25w／cm^2，每天1次，两组疗程均为60d，并运用药物经济学方法评价两组的成本一效果。结果A、B组预防增生性瘢痕的有效率分别为97．5％和99．0％，患者支付成本分别为1800元、1980元，成本一效果比分别为18．46（1800／97．5％）和20．00（1980／99．0％）。结论在丹参霜／超声波和秀碧／超声波两种预防增生性瘢痕方案中，丹参霜／超声波方案有略好的成本一效果比，是患者更能接受的预防增生性瘢痕方法。Objective To study short-time efficacy and cost-effectiveness of 2 groups （ salvia mihiorrhiza cream/ ultrasonic waves and Contractubex/ultrasonic waves ） in prevention of skin scar formation after wound healing. Methods 180 cases of trauma were randomly divided into 2 groups,salvia mihiorrhiza cream/ultrasonic waves （ A ） and Contractubex/uitrasonic waves （B）for 60d,75% of alcohol was used for skin disinfection,the patient were massaged 15 min with salvia mihiorrhiza cream or Contractubex under sonic applicator of ultrasonic waves with 0.75W/cm2 1.25W/cm2,once every days to wound healing,respectively,observing their results with pharmacoeconomic cost- effectiveness analysis. Results The effective rates of group A and B were 97.5% and 99.0% respectively;The cost- effectiveness rates were18.46 （ 1800/97.5 ） and 20.00 （ 1980/99.0 ）,respectively. Conclusion In the two treat methods of 2 groups （salvia mihiorrhiza cream/ultrasonic waves and Contractubex/uhrasonic waves ） in prevention of skin scar formation after wound healing,salvia mihiorrhiza cream/ultrasonic waves was more efficient in pharmacoeconomic cost- effectiveness analysis,received by wound patient in preventionof skin scar formation after wound healing.
