U 100^(plus)激光与开放手术治疗输尿管结石的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较输尿管镜下U100plus激光碎石术与开放手术治疗输尿管结石的有效性和安全性。方法回顾性分析63例输尿管镜下U100plus激光碎石术(腔镜手术组)和30例开放性输尿管切开取石术(开放手术组)患者的临床资料,比较两组结石清除率、手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间、拔除导尿管时间、术后住院时间。结果两组结石清除率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);腔镜手术组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肠功能恢复时间及术后住院时间方面均显著少于开放手术组(P均<0.01);两组拔除导尿管时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论输尿管镜下U100plus激光治疗输尿管结石是一种安全有效地手术方法,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the efficacy and security of ureter-opyeloscopic lithotripsy with U100plus laser and open ureterolithotomy in the treatment of ureteral calculi. Methods 93 cases of ureteral calculi were analyzed retrospectively.63 cases were given ureteropyeloscopic lithotripsy with U100plus laser and 30 cases were given open ureter- olithotomy. The stone clearance, operative time, bleeding, intestinal functional recovery, the time of urinary catheter and hospital stay were compared between the two groups. Results The stone clearance of the two methods were pretty much the same（P 〉 0.05）.Compared with open tlreter- olithotomy group, the time of operation, bleeding, intestinal functional recovery, hospital stay after operation was shorter in the group of ureteropyeloscopic lithotripsy with U100plus laser （P 〈 0.01）, and the time of urinary catheter extracted had no significant difference between those two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The ureteropyeloscopic lithotripsy with U100plus laser is safe and effective in the treatment of ureteral calculi and there is certain popularized value.
