摘　　要：目的探讨钛网颅骨修补术后早期并发症常见原因及处理方法。方法对我科行钛网颅骨修补术83例患者术后并发症的情况回顾性分析。结果 83例患者中发生各类并发症共15例。结论钛网颅骨修补术虽简单易行,但仍有可能发生一些并发症,甚至危及生命,应引起重视,并注意预防,而一旦发生应及时处理。Objective To investigate the common causes and handing methods of early postoperative complications after titanium mesh cranioplasty. Methods The postoperative complications of 83 patients receiving titanium mesh cranioplasty in our department were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of the 83 patients, 15 patients had complications. Conclusion Although titanium mesh cranioplasty is simple and easy to operate, some complications can still occur and even endanger life,and therefore attention should be paid and preventative measures should be taken.The complications should be dealt with timely once they occur.
