摘　　要：目的探讨磁共振SWI序列在深部软组织血肿诊断中的应用。方法 5例疑似软组织血肿患者,在常规磁共振T1WI、T2WI扫描基础上行SWI序列扫描,图像由两位副主任医师分析,并对患者进行6个月以上随访。结果 5例患者SWI序列表现为不同程度和范围的病灶周围片状、线状、环状低信号环绕点片状中央高信号,而T1WI/T2WI则表现多样。结论 SWI序列是不明原因深部软组织血肿的重要检查手段。Objective To diagnose deep hematoma in soft tissue using the susceptibility- weighted imaging （SWl）. Methods Based on conventional T1WI/T2WI scanning methods, SWI was used to detect 5 patients with suspected deep hematoma in soft tissue. The images were analyzed by two associate chief physicians. And all patients were followed up more than six months. Results Different from the variable image in TI WI/T2WI, the SWI image in 5 patients exhibited annular or linear dark borderline surrounding with core region of punctate hypersignal. Conclusion SWI is a useful method for diagnosing suspected deep hematoma in soft tissue.
