摘 要:本文介绍了某化肥厂三废流化混燃炉40t/h余热锅炉的设计方案及结构布置。针对三废流化混燃炉余热锅炉的水动力进行了计算分析,以有效压头法来求解该锅炉的自然循环特性,并以手算图解法来算出该余热锅炉复杂回路的水动力特性数据,得出循环流量及循环倍率、改变上升或下降管数量来保证锅炉运行安全。该混燃炉系统充分利用合成氨工艺生产中产生的三废,增大了经济效益和降低了环境污染。The design scheme and construction for a 40t per hour heat recovery steam boiler of fluidized - mix combustion furnace of "three wastes" are introduced. Make the calculation and analysis for water cy cle of the " three wastes" fluidized mix combustion furnace waste heat boiler, and use effective head method to solve the natural circulation characteristics of the boiler. It calculated complex circuit of water dynamic data with hand calculation graphical method. Keep the boiler working safe with changing number of the rise tube or fallen tube from the circulation flow and circulation ratio. The boiler has fully utilized the "three wastes" in process for synthesis of ammonia in the boiler , increased the economic benefits and reduced environmental pollution.
