摘  要:根据中国环境监测总站的全国城市空气质量实时发布平台显示,近期北京、河北、山东等多地空气质量达严重污染,PM2.5指数直逼最大值,严重破坏了环境,对居民身体危害甚重;经研究发现,污染源来自汽车尾气、工业排放等,但主要来自于火力发电厂的煤炭燃烧,因此,如何降低煤炭在中国能源发展模式中的比例,成为当前亟待解决的问题;基于分布式能源可梯度利用、洁净环保等诸多优点,政府已提出了诸多对分布式能源的鼓励政策和措施,分布式能源在中国面临巨大发展空间,未来十年将大有可为。Thai Green Paper Group Vocational and Technical Couege, Yueyang 414000, China) Abstract:According to the urban air quality in real time publishing platform of China National Environ-mental Monitoring Station, air quality was up to serious pollution in Beijing, Hebei, Shandong and other areas recently. As PM2.5 Index almost approaches the maximum value, which severely damaged the en vironment, and jeopardized the residents health; The study found that the sources of pollution were from vehicle exhaust and industrial emissions, and mainly from the coal combustion of thermal power plants. Therefore, how to reduce the proportion of coal in China energy development model became the current pressing problems to be solved. Based on the gradient utilization, clean environmental protection of the distributed energy, and many other advantages, the government had put forward a number of encouraging policies and measures on distributed energy which is facing a huge space for development in China, and will be flourishing in the next decade.
