西藏农牧区城镇居民群众体育活动开展现状的调查研究

摘　　要：本文采用分层抽样调查法、座谈法、实地考查法和文献资料法对西藏自治区农牧区城镇居民的体育现状进行了调查和分析。结果表明,体育人口数量偏低,结构不合理;居民参加体育活动的时间具有明显的季节性和随意性;体育活动方式以个体自发形式为主,组织化程度较低;参加体育锻炼的主要动机是强身健体和精神愉快,选择的运动项目注重简单实用;居民选择体育活动场所时以随意、就近和方便为原则;居民的体育消费水平处于较低层次,年平均体育消费金额约为168.8元,且以实物性消费为主。制约农牧区城镇居民开展体育活动的主要因素包括:1)自治区经济实力薄弱是制约农牧区城镇群众体育活动开展的主要原因;2)自治区城镇化发展水平滞后影响了农牧区城镇群众体育活动的开展;3)高原特异的地理环境影响着农牧区城镇群众体育活动的开展;4)自治区特有的民族宗教习惯影响了老年人参加体育活动的积极性。Research on situation of the physical education that the population of the people who take part in the sports China, and the structure is unbalanced. Because of the high activity of the citizens m Tibetan has stlows activity is lower than that of other parts of land climate, the sports habit of people is changing according to the seasonal change. And the form of that is individually, the degree of organization is lower. People who take part in the sport activities is to have health and joy, and the sports events they choose is simple and useful , the playground they choose is accordance to their for convince, average money that people spend on sports is about 168.8 RMB which is lower than that of other parts of China. So the main reason for the lower development of sports in this Agriculture and herbing area is the following： 1. lower development o{ economic in this area has a great influence on the slowly development of the sports habit of the people ;2. the left behind development of the urbanization has protect the people from doing sports activities. 3. the unique high land climate has limited the development of sports activities for the peo- ple in this area. 4. The special religious habit has great influence on the elder persons to take part in the sport activities.
