摘　　要：政治认同一方面是指人们在社会政治生活中产生的情感与意识上的归属感;另一方面隐含的是执政者获得政治合法性、正当性的群众心理基础,成为其取得政治权威的前提条件。西部藏族大学生群体对党和国家的认同,关系着这一地区的发展与稳定。本文从利益引导、思想政治教育与社会参照三个因素,对藏族大学生的政治认同作一静态层面的结构分析。Political identification on the one hand, refers to the emotion and consciousness on the sense of belonging of people in the social and political life; On the other hand, political identification is the psy-chological foundation of legitimacy for the rulers to achieve the political legitimacy, it takes the prerequi-site to achieve political authority. The western Tibetan college students group identity of the party and the state, relation with the development and stability of this area. In this paper, starting from three factors, the interests of the guide, the ideological and political education, and social reference, Tibetan college students＇ political identification was doing Structural analysis on static level.
