高校图书馆知识管理发展方向探究

摘　　要：在知识经济时代,图书馆为谋求自身发展,应改变传统工作方式,引进知识管理理念,扩大和深化图书馆的工作内容,促进图书馆在知识经济时代的生存发展和职能发挥。当前,高校图书馆对知识管理理论探讨和运用较为关注,知识管理必将影响图书馆转型以及图书馆的生存与发展,本文就实施知识管理所应关注的几个方面进行探讨。In the era of knowledge economy, in order to seek its own development, the library should change the traditional way of working, introduce the knowledge management idea, expand and deepen the library work content, and promote the survival and function of the library. At present, the college library pays more and more attention to the knowledge management theory,s exploration and application, which is bound to affect the library＇s transformation, survival and development. This paper discusses several key aspects which should be observed when implementing aspects which should be observed when implementing the knowledge management in the library.
