西宁地方民间曲艺音乐发展现状及促进策略

摘　　要：西宁地方民间曲艺源远流长、绚丽多彩,具有浓郁的地域特征和地方色彩,是西宁民间文化艺术的重要组成部分。笔者通过调查发现其音乐文化主要以民间曲艺茶社和正规社团组织的各类曲艺音乐活动为基本生存环境,认为其发展现状存在资金支持不够、参与面不广、理论研究不足等问题,并提出了相应的改进策略。Xining local folklore rap music is an important part of Xining folklore cultural art, for it boasts long history and colorful variety, having rich geographical characteristics and local appeal. Accord-ing to the field survey, it was found that its musical culture is mostly based on the folklore troupe tea hou-ses and various rap music activities organized by formal clubs as a major survival environment. The paper mainly discusses the existing issues of its developmental status such as insufficient financial support, unex-tensive community participation and inadequate theorectic research, and proposes a number of strategies for improvement as well.
