摘 要:高原训练是耐久力项目运用较多的训练手段,特别在游泳、赛艇、自行车、马拉松、中长跑、竞走等项目中较为普遍,并使这些项目的竞技水平有了较大提高。高原训练经过近60年的变化,随着运动成绩的不断提高,高原训练理论也在不断完善,同时,也出现了一些新的问题,如:如何加强高原训练中的专项力量训练、高原训练方式的选择、无氧阈值的监测、高原训练为平原高强度训练建立生理通道(痕迹)等,这些问题的解决,对高原训练的深入发展将会产生积极的影响。本文通过对这些热点问题进行分析,为高原训练的发展提供借鉴作用。High-altitude training is a practice means by which the item of durability uses well. In parti-cular,it is used well and results are greatly raised in swimming, a motorboat race, cycling, marathon, a long-distance race, and competitive walking. High-altitude training passed the change near the 60 years, and the theoretical thing of high-altitude training was also made along with improvement in movement results. Simultaneously, some new problems also came out. For example, Power is strengthened how a- mong high-altitude training, and the high-altitude training method is chosen, and that a lactate there shold measures,and High-altitude training makes a physiological passage to load practice of flat-ground train- ing. Solution of these problems will have influence positive to development of high-altitude training. The text examined these topic problems and was taken as the purpose of offering reference good for develop-ment of high-altitude training.
