摘　　要：通过系统介绍热轧带钢表面氧化铁皮的形成机理与分类，分析氧化铁皮缺陷形成原因，提出几项针对这些原因的具体控制方法，来抑制氧化铁皮的产生，提高热轧带钢表面质量。It introduced the mechanism and classification of the formation of surface iron oxide of hot rolled strip, analysis of iron oxide formation reason,put forward several aimed at these causes specific control methods to suppress the iron oxide production and improve the surface quality of hot rolled strip.
