摘 要:对高碘酸钠(钾)氧化分光光度法测定保护渣中氧化锰分析方法的参比溶液配制提出了改进,同时探讨了试样分解、显色条件、共存离子干扰等因素的影响。试料以硝酸、盐酸、氢氟酸、高氯酸分解,在磷酸介质中高碘酸钾(钠)将锰(Ⅱ)定量氧化为锰(Ⅶ).在最佳实验条件下,方法线性范围为(0-16μg/mL,显色液至少可稳定24h。对氧化锰含量在0.08%-6.2%的保护渣样品进行分析,相对标准偏差和回收率分别为0.72%~1.51%和99%-102%。The ameliorate for method of referential solution confecting was put forward for determination of manganese oxide in casting powder by sodium ( potassium ) periodate oxidation spcctrophotometric method. The effects of these factors such as sample decomposability, colorific condition, influence of coexisting ions etc. were discussed. The specimen was decomposed by nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, perchloric acid.Mn( Ⅱ) was oxidated Mn ( Ⅶ) by sodium ( potassium ) periodatein in the medium of phosphatic acid.Under the optimum condition,the linear range was 0-16 μ g/mL, The stablity of colored solution was 24 hours at least. Analysis was conducted on casting powder sample for manganese oxide content between 0.08%-6.2%, with the relative standard deviation and the recoverywere 0.72% -1.51% and 99%- 102% respectively.
