摘　　要：在航空制造企业中,飞机设计已基本上实现计算机辅助设计,但飞机产品公差的设计仍然需要手工计算,尤其在设计和验证飞机公差和协调性时,仍需要人工查找有关国家标准设计手册和某些飞机公差设计手册。提出了利用VC++和Access建立国家标准公差、配合和飞机公差数据库来实现公差与配合的自动查找,能够利用计算机方便、快捷、准确地设计和验证飞机公差,为实现计算机辅助公差设计提供基础技术。In aero enterprises, aircraft design is ultimately realized to Computer-Aided Design. However, designs of aircraft tolerance have to depend on handworked calculations. Especially when designing or verifying tolerances and harmonies of aircraft, lookups in some normal handbooks or special aircraft tolerance design hand books have to rely on handworks. This paper introduces a method on constructing a normal tolerance, fitting and aircaft tolerance database via VC＋＋ and Access in order to realize automatically lookups of tolerance and fitting. With the help of this automation lookup program, engineers can design or verify aircraft tolerances conveniently and quickly and precisely as well. This paper develops a basic technique to achieve Computer-Aided Tolerance Design.
