摘 要:飞机平台中有高功率的发射设备和高灵敏度的接收设备,电磁干扰问题是飞机设计中需要重点考虑的问题。为了对发射设备和接收设备间的电磁干扰问题进行较准确的分析,本文提出了场路协同仿真的分析方法。在仿真过程中综合考虑电磁场和电路对仿真结果的影响,采用ADS进行射频电路建模,利用FEKO等电磁计算软件,对设备的辐射特性进行仿真。最后利用Matlab将场的计算结果封装成一个电路模块,在ADS中实现场路协同仿真分析。从而完成设备干扰情况的完整链路分析,更准确的进行预测分析。As high power transmitting and high sensitivity receiving equipments are configured on one aircraft platform, electromagnetic interference (EMI) is a critical problem should be solved. In order to analyze EMI situation between transmitting equipment and receiving equipment more accurately, an analysis method based on field -circuit cooperated simulation is put forward. During simulation, effect of electromagnetic field and circuit to simulation result are considered comprehensively, RF circuit modeling using ADS is obtained, equipments radiation characteristic are simulated by using of electromagnetic computation software FEKO. Finally, computation results of the fields are packed into a circuit module by using of Matlab, field circuit cooperated simulation analysis are implemented in ADS. Complete link analysis and more accurate prediction analysis under condition of interference can be achieved.
