关于对山东省导游队伍建设现状的分析与思考

摘　　要：随着旅游业的快速发展,山东省导游队伍在不断壮大,但也还存在导游队伍结构不合理、稳定性差、待遇低、培训不到位等问题。对于当前导游队伍发展存在的主要问题,必须采取有效措施加以解决,提升导游队伍素质。这不仅需要导游自身的自律,还需要旅行社,更需要旅游政府部门的监管和保障,且政府起着决定性作用。Tour guides are the important part of tourism workers who are the disseminators of advanced cultures and friendship Envoys of foreign exchanges.With the rapid development of tourism industries,guide procession in Shandong Province is growing steadily.But many factors have influenced the development,such as irrational structure,lack of stability,low treatment,unsatisfying training.So effective measures must be adopted to improve the quality of tour guide.This not only needs self-discipline of tour guide,but also needs supervision and security of travel agency and tourism government sections,and the government plays a basic role.
