摘　　要：目的：设计医疗服务市场化政策类指标的定量转化方法。方法：通过文献综述及梳理政策文件，建立政策类指标的量化刻度尺和转化对应标准。结果：建立了政策类指标量化刻度尺，测量范围是0～1，0表示完全政府化，1表示完全市场化．以0．1为步长，依次递增。结论：构建了医疗服务市场化指数，为开展中国医疗服务市场化定量分析奠定了技术基础。Objective： To develop a quantitative transition method for the policy indicators. Methods： Literature review and policy review were used to develop the policy scale rules for policy indicators. Results： A scale ruler for policy indicator was developed with 0 indieating the government strong control and 1 for completely free market, the incremental step is 0.1. Conelusions： Marketization index was invented in the study, which could he used in the further analysis on the evolution trend of medical marketization in China.
