摘　　要：通过对某院医务人员数字信息资源需求的广泛调研,详尽分析了其信息资源需求情况,为医院数字资源的建设提供依据,以达到帮助临床医生合理选择应用医学信息,提高诊疗水平及科研能力。提出通过加强数字信息资源建设,为医务工作者提供可用、易用、高质量的医学信息资源;提高医务工作者信息素养和信息资源获取能力;建立网络信息资源服务平台,包括资源和服务的在线提供;提高图书馆员自身修养等举措促进医院软实力不断提升。Based on the investigation of digital resources, demands, the demands of information resources were analyzed to give evidence for hospital digital nesources construction and give more help for clinical staff selecting medical information and improving medical service and research capacity.By digital resources construction and providing usable,convenience and good quality medical information resources, metrical staff＇s information access capacity. Establishing website infomation resources platform which involves oldine service and improving librarian＇s quality, hospital soft power can be sustainably developed.
