秦岭地区四种五味子果实木脂素检测

摘　　要：目的:测定秦岭地区华中五味子、大花五味子、红花五味子、铁箍散果实4种木脂素含量。方法:采用超声提取木脂素,HPLC检测,Diamonsil C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为280 nm。结果:五味子醇甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素在4种五味子果实中均存在,华中五味子中五味子酯甲含量达到2010年版中国药典规定,大花五味子、红花五味子中五味子甲素含量较高,而铁箍散中五味子乙素含量较高。结论:秦岭五味子属4种五味子果实中木脂素含量差异较大,可为进一步研究提供参考。Objective：To determine the content of four lignans in the fruits of Schisandra sphenanthera, Schisandra grandiflora, Schisandra rubriflora and Schisandra propinqua subsp, sinensis. Methods： The HPLC separation was performed on Diamonsil Cts （150 mm ×4.6mm,5μm ）columm using methanol-water（ 70：30 ）as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0. 8 mL/min, with the detection wavelength of 280 nm. Results： Schisandrin, deoxyschizandrin and T-sehizandrin were detected in four species of Schisandra. The content of sehisantherin A in S. sphenanthera was measured up to the set standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2010 Edition）. The content of deoxyschizandrin was high in S. grandiflora and S. rubriflora, and that of T-schizandrin was high in S. propirutua subsp. sinensis. Conclusion：The content of lignans is different in four species of Schisandra fruits in Qinling Mountains,it provides scientific reference for further study.
