摘  要:目的:测定秦岭地区华中五味子、大花五味子、红花五味子、铁箍散果实4种木脂素含量。方法:采用超声提取木脂素,HPLC检测,Diamonsil C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为280 nm。结果:五味子醇甲、五味子甲素和五味子乙素在4种五味子果实中均存在,华中五味子中五味子酯甲含量达到2010年版中国药典规定,大花五味子、红花五味子中五味子甲素含量较高,而铁箍散中五味子乙素含量较高。结论:秦岭五味子属4种五味子果实中木脂素含量差异较大,可为进一步研究提供参考。Objective:To determine the content of four lignans in the fruits of Schisandra sphenanthera, Schisandra grandiflora, Schisandra rubriflora and Schisandra propinqua subsp, sinensis. Methods: The HPLC separation was performed on Diamonsil Cts (150 mm ×4.6mm,5μm )columm using methanol-water( 70:30 )as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0. 8 mL/min, with the detection wavelength of 280 nm. Results: Schisandrin, deoxyschizandrin and T-sehizandrin were detected in four species of Schisandra. The content of sehisantherin A in S. sphenanthera was measured up to the set standards of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 Edition). The content of deoxyschizandrin was high in S. grandiflora and S. rubriflora, and that of T-schizandrin was high in S. propirutua subsp. sinensis. Conclusion:The content of lignans is different in four species of Schisandra fruits in Qinling Mountains,it provides scientific reference for further study.
