摘  要:目的:优化用超临界CO2萃取板蓝根中(R,S)-告依春的工艺条件。方法:采用单因素试验和正交试验研究了压力、温度、时间、夹带剂浓度、夹带剂用量对板蓝根中(R,S)-告依春萃取质量的影响,确定最佳工艺条件。结果:超临界CO2萃取板蓝根中(R,S)-告依春的最佳条件为:压力20 MPa,温度50℃,时间2 h,夹带剂乙醇浓度100%,夹带剂体积80 mL,在此优化条件下,(R,S)-告依春在提取物中的含量可达到38.63%。结论:该工艺简单、快速,可用于板蓝根中(R,S)-告依春的提取。Objective:To study the extraction technology of epigoitri from Isatidis Radix by supercritical CO2 fluid. Methods:The effects of pressure, temperature, time, concentration and dosage of alcohol were studied by single factor analysis and orthogonal test. Results:The optimized conditions were as follows: The pressure was 20 MPs, the temperature was 50 ℃, the time was 2 h, concentration of alcohol was 100% , dosage was 80 mL. The content of epigoitri in the extract could reach 38.63% under the above conditions. Conclusion : This method is simple, rapid and it is suitable for the extraction of epigoitri from Isatidis Radix.
