变工况下制冷剂充灌量对系统性能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：本文对家用房间空调器在变工况的条件下进行性能测试,并对各工况下的制冷剂充灌量进行重新匹配和优化。试验结果表明:优化充灌量之后系统的制冷量、EER和制热量都有不同程度的提高,且最佳充灌量随着室内外环境温度的变化而变化。The effect of refrigerant charge on the system performance of residential air-conditioners was investigated under a series of conditions. The refrigerant charge was optimized under each condition. The experimental results showed that the cooling capacity, EER and the heating capacity increased more or less after refrigerant charge optimizing, and the optimal refrigerant charge changed with environmental temperature indoor and outdoor.
