异丙肾上腺素致高迷走反射1例

摘　　要：异丙肾上腺素可通过拟交感作用诱发心动过速。心脏电生理检查中经常使用异丙肾上腺素,以提高室性心动过速的诱发率。其应用过程中极少发生负性频率及心脏抑制现象。出现这种反常作用的机制可能与迷走易感性及有效循环血容量不足等有关。本文报告一例心脏电生理检查过程中静滴异丙肾上腺素致高迷走反射病例。Isoproterenol can induce tachycardia by mimicking sympathetic nerve activity. In order to increase the rate of tachycardia, isoproterenol is often been used in electrophysiological examination. Here we presented a case with negative frequency and cardiac inhibition after the application of isoproterenol. The emergence of the phenomenon may relate to the vagal susceptibility and the shortage of effective circulating blood volume.
